All Sales Are Final
All products sold by DVS Protection — including custom-built PCs, antidetect software subscriptions, and related services — are made to order or digitally delivered. Because every item is custom-manufactured or configured to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Custom-built PCs are assembled specifically for your order and cannot be resold as new.
- Antidetect software subscriptions are activated upon delivery and are non-refundable.
- Digital products and services cannot be "returned" once delivered or activated.
Deposits
We require a non-refundable deposit to begin work on custom-built PCs. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of your order. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether you choose to proceed with or cancel the order, as materials and labour are committed upon receipt of the deposit.
Defective Products
If you receive a custom-built PC with a hardware defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dvsprotection.com. We will repair or replace the defective component under our warranty terms (see Terms of Service). This does not constitute a return — defective items are handled through our warranty process.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order, we reserve the right to suspend your account, revoke software access, and pursue recovery of all associated costs.
