These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dvsprotection.com and all products and services offered by 14955501 Canada Inc., operating as DVS Protection ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Products and Services
DVS Protection offers custom-built PCs, antidetect software subscriptions, and related digital products and services. All products are made to order or digitally delivered.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.
- We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal/Stripe.
- Custom-built PC orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Custom-Built PC Warranty
- Custom-built PCs carry a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery covering hardware defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear; software issues; or damage from power surges, liquid, or environmental factors.
- To make a warranty claim, contact support@dvsprotection.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.
- At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective component. We do not issue refunds under warranty.
Antidetect Software Subscriptions
- We provide support for antidetect software subscriptions for the duration of your active subscription.
- Once a subscription expires, we are under no obligation to provide support, updates, or assistance.
- Software is provided "as is" during the subscription period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
All content on dvsprotection.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of 14955501 Canada Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 14955501 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
