Shipping Methods

DVS Protection ships custom-built PCs and physical products worldwide via insured courier services. Digital products (software subscriptions, licenses) are delivered electronically via email or account activation — no physical shipping required.

Processing Times

  • Custom-built PCs: Because each unit is built to order, processing times vary. We will provide an estimated build and ship date when your order is confirmed.
  • Digital products: Delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, typically within minutes.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and customs processing for international shipments.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • DVS Protection is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing window, contact us at support@dvsprotection.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • All physical shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and, upon approval, ship a replacement at no additional cost.
